Please check your mobile network if your wifi/mobile data is enabled.
Restart your Powerlogix - EV Charging app again and then Stop Charging.
If charging was initiated using RFID CARD/TAG please click on "Stop Charging" button on display if it's a DC charger and use the same RFID card/tag to stop otherwise for AC charger simply use the RFID CARD/TAG.
If still not working, please press emergency stop button to end the charging.
Please check if,
1. Make sure that the charging is over.
2. Please wait for 1-3 mins. And inform customer to try again.
3. If still unable to unplug, please instruct him/her to press the Emergency Button and try again.
4. If still unable to unplug, try the ignition button of your EV with PARK/HAND brake ON.

You will be charged ONLY for unit consumed by your EV. Difference of amount will be refunded to your App's Wallet.
In case of planning to charge further, please initiate your charging again by again plugging your EV and follow the same steps to start charging through Mobile app -> Start Charging.
If still unable to start charging, please call Customer Support number (+91 11 41133888) to get help.
* In case of NO Charging, your paid amount will be refunded to your App's Wallet.
You can add amount to PowerLogix Wallet in advance. Whenever you do a charging session with PowerLogix Wallet as the selected Payment Method, session charges will be deducted from your Wallet balance.
Tariff i.e. price rate for charging will be available on the connector details at any charging station. This tariff is usually in terms of Rs/kWh. For example- if there is a service charge tariff of Rs. 20.00 per kWh at a connector. User will have to pay ( Rs. 20.00 x no. of units) consumed in the charging session. There will also be taxes on top of that (@18% as per current Govt. decided GST slab).
Yes, Estimated amount is calculated based on some assumptions such as battery is able to charge at certain speed, charger is operating at ambient temperature etc. There are various factors specific to the condition of battery of the EV and operating conditions which impact the rate of charging and lead to difference in estimated cost and actual cost. Billing will be done at actual cost.
In order to start a charging session you should have the Estimated Amount as shown in the app in your Powerlogix Wallet.
Please click on add money button in Wallet section. You will be asked to enter desired amount (you can enter any amount as per your wish). When you click on proceed a Razorpay payment gateway page will start loading. Once loaded you will see the amount entered by you earlier on top of that page. You can use any of the options available on that Page to make payment.
Amount added to Powerlogix’s Wallet is non-refundable. Please refer “Terms & Conditions” policy available on app/website.
